These complex projects, however, require the highest level of construction management skill. Our firm is comprised of construction professionals who come from general contracting backgrounds and are experts in the management of the planning, design, procurement, construction and post-construction phases of capital improvement projects. Our owners have been in the industrial contracting industry for over 40 years, and have experience managing projects across the United States ranging in size from under $1 million to over $250 million.
